Managing Director
Ivan Savala, the Managing Director, is a Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Holding degrees from the University of Zimbabwe and Brunel University (UK), he also sits on a number of boards in the mining and construction companies. Ivan is the recognised NSSA responsible person in charge of safety for all equipment. He continually updates his skills in lift technology giving Excel a technical edge against competitors.
Executive Commercial Director
Gaylord Baudi brings over 30 years of business management experience in the construction sector to her role as Executive Commercial Director. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and involvement in various companies, she is also recognized by industry bodies for her contributions, including awards from ZNCC and leadership roles in organizations like Apostolic Faith Mission.
Finance Administration Director
As Finance Director since 2013, Alexander Baudi brings over 11 years of financial expertise to Excel Elevators. With a BCompt degree from UNISA and ongoing MBA studies, he excels in strategic planning and risk management, driving profitability and efficiency while prioritizing sustainable growth.
